Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction 8-week course.

Research has demonstrated that the 8-week MBSR course improves attention, relieves stress, aids relaxation and strengthens emotional resilience and a sense of well-being for many acute and chronic conditions. Among the conditions identified are depression and anxiety, cardiac, cancer (such as breast), and chronic pain.

Each session builds upon one another. You will learn formal and informal mindfulness practices, increase awareness of your stress reactivity, develop greater stress responsiveness, release habits of behavior and thoughts that create tension and unhealthy living, and cultivate mindful tools for greater joy, creativity and happiness.
