My Philosophy

My treatment approach is based on psychodynamic principles and involves facilitating a combination of talk therapy and mindful practices, both formal and informal. The intention of this approach is to enable each person to gain greater insight and realize his or her unique self. I view the integration of mind-body in the psychotherapeutic process as vital to health and happiness.

Confidentiality

All of the information discussed in individual, couples or mindfulness sessions is confidential and your privacy is always upheld. Confidentiality is critical in maintaining safety and comfort with the treatment process all the times.

Fees

I am not currently enrolled in any insurance plans. Billing statements are provided for submission to your Insurance Company. Please contact your insurance carrier to discuss reimbursement, deductibles, co-payments and out-of-network benefits prior to beginning treatment. Payment is expected at the time treatment services are rendered.
